For diners looking to enjoy a fine meal and hear live music, this is it. Lighthouse Bistro serves Pacific cuisine with a European touch. The Fish Rockets appetizer–fresh fish wrapped in authentic Pacific-style pastry crusts, and served with a wasabi aioli–are uniquely island fare. The Kilauea goat cheese salad features all local ingredients, and you can’t go wrong with any of the fresh fish selections as they are straight off the boat. Items like an all-you-can-eat pasta bar, a selection of steak, roasted duck, and pork loin showcase a European influence, but all are infused with exotic island flavors. This is a romantic spot to hit after witnessing a spectacular Hawaiian sunset at the lighthouse just a half mile down the road.
